Form details: When you fill out a form on our site, such as a Barn Tour request, event or camp sign-up, horse show sign-up, or membership agreement, we collect what you enter. That can include a parent's name, the rider's name, phone, email, previous riding experience, and your answers to other questions on the form.
Bookings: When you book a lesson, barn tour, camp, clinic, or event, we keep the date, time, and program you chose.

Rider details you share with us: This can include a rider's birth date or age, riding level, and helmet needs, so we can place riders safely.
